(Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners) a two Time Executive Chairman, Lagos State Board of Internal Revenue (1983 – 1991) and 1995 – 2001), and an accomplished author on Taxation, Rabiu is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Nigeria Tax Journal as well as the Editor of Essays on Nigerian Taxation.
